Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us first to obtain an authorization number before returning any products to us.

All products being returned must be unopened and in original packaging with factory seal still in place.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee for each product being returned.

Cylinders of 10 lb or over require signature at delivery. If your package is returned because no one is available to sign for the delivery or the package is refused, we'll refund your order minus the 25% restocking fee. 

Refunds are issued once returned products are received and inspected.
