Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link. Simply click the link in that email to follow your package in real time on the carrier's website.

How to track your order

1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from eRefrigerants.com. (Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.)
2. Find your order number — it starts with ERF and appears in both your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
3. Click the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email to visit your carrier's website and see the latest status of your shipment.

💡 Tip: All of our shipments include carrier tracking. If your order was placed recently, allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to become available after your shipment is processed.
