We got our refrigerant (R-454B). However, its over-inflated price disgusts me. I blame the refrigerant manufacturers and not this vendor for that issue.
Order was placed on 4/25 with a delivery date of 5/5....it's now 5/21....eventually received 5/23. Was a bit frustrated that it took that long to get and it was all because of the USPS? Don't understand why hazardous material would be sent via USPS...but...I do have to say that the communications regarding the delays were appreciated but they still left me hanging as to where the extremely expensive product we ordered was hung in who knows where. Sorry....
