I didn't receive the package. The package was returned to the sender. I called about 10 times, but they didn't pick up or call back. They don't respond to emails either

It's fake 410. It's actually az20. Comes in white can not pink. To good to be true. Shipping was great at least that was accurate.
Hi Anthony, thank you for your feedback. Please note all US manufacturers like Honeywell do not use the pink tanks anymore. Honeywell names their R-410a refrigerant as 'Genetron AZ-20'. The label on the box also says 'R-410a'.
The Refrigerant is right up to standard as I must be BUT, you could greatly improve your marketing by simply offering a cradle that could securely hold the 25 lbs container of refrigerant and easily assist the Technician to safely flip the bottle upside down for dispensing liquid refrigerant. I understand that is not your core business but I would buy one immediately and can not find something myself!

The cylinder itself was fine when it finally arrived, but the first one sent was damaged during shipment with Fedex and never delivered. Erefrigerants did ship out a replacement when I contacted them, but it arrived much later than originally indicated.
