I ordered the refrigerant I needed, and that’s what I received. I’m good condition, at a good price.
I bought the product online. It was delivered in about 5 days, everything was exactly as you'd expect - standard 25 lb refrigerant container.
I have used it already, it cooled to the correct temperature given pressures and outside air and wetbulb temp (ie, its the real stuff).

This works as advertised. 90% by weight is easy to figure and the line pressures are close enough to R-22 as to be negligible. The only seals I have to replace are to put in new valve cores, which I do anyway.
The only problem was with UPS, pretty standard procedure here
